We’ll design a simple, repeatable weekly rhythm that fits your real life—no hustle, no shame. Each week we’ll calm the chaos, set three clear priorities, and remove blockers like task initiation, time blindness, and decision fatigue. You’ll leave with routines you can actually keep and a 90-day roadmap to sustain them.
